The Principal: Paul Kelsey Williams has a B.A. in Historic Preservation and Architecture from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island, and performed graduate work in Historic Preservation Planning from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. From 1991-1996, Mr. Williams acted as the sole Air Force Legacy Resource Management Program Coordinator, an innovative, $148 million dollar program for funding cultural and natural resource projects on Air Force installations across the U.S. and abroad. He is the author of several walking tour books, including The Historic Homes of JFK; A Walk Through Central Georgetown, The Historic Buildings and Homes of Skaneateles, NY, and a technical brief entitled The Preservation and Repair of Historic Clay Tile Roofs for the National Park Service, Preservation Assistance Division. He is the author of more than a dozen local history books published by Arcadia Press and the History Press that have sold more than 40,000 copies to date.  He is currently completing a book entitled Researching Your House History. Mr. Williams also serves as a contributing writer on preservation and history for the InTowner newspaper and as a contributing writer for Old House Journal.
